Huawei just installed these towers on the top of the world Mount Everest using yaks.

China Mobile Hong and Huawei has shaken the hands to bring this technology on top or you can say highest altitude based station which is located on north of Mount Everest.

It built on 6500 meters which is for now the highest 5G antenna. This will help china Mobile to run dual Gigabit network.

How will it be maintained or taken care of?

Well no worries staff is there on 5300 meters which will give 24/7 support.

On the other hand Zhou Min GM of Tibet Branch of China Mobile said it is great assistance for all the climbers, scientific researchers, environmental monitoring and live streaming.

This will provide 1.66 Gbps download speed and 215 Mbps as upload speed which is amazing speed, I cannot have that speed after using fiber optics internet at my home.

When did they complete the project?

The project completed last month but they announced recently via social media (Facebook) post.

It completed on the 60th anniversary to 1st successful hike.

The team for this project consisted of approximately 150 Engineers, Network specialists, construction workers and Yaks to carry 8 ton equipment.

Fiber cable laid on around 25 KMs along with 177 KMs transmission trunk line.
